Open Studio: The Star Brewery, Lewes

An opportunity arose for me to share a studio space during this spring in Lewes. Over the years, apart from working in a study situation, I have painted very happily in my own studio. I moved from Oxfordshire two years ago with my husband Douglas, now living and enjoying the River Ouse outside my door in Newhaven. The move has been such a lovely thing to do, the light and beautiful Sussex landscape is beckoning me always to explore in paint, this is have entered into knowing that I will be working with deeper consideration.

A New York visit a while ago urged me to use this incredibly virile and beautiful City to evoke paintings in my own inimitable way. Artwave and the use of the Studio space centred in the delightful town of Lewes, embracing art in every form enables me to be showing a small body of my work furthering my love of New York and others. I will welcome any interest in the Studio to appraise or to purchase my pictures.
